Nomakhosi also known as ‘’Khosi’’ a graduate with an honors degree in Social Work from Durban Westville University and Higher diploma in Labour Relations. She majored in sociology and psychology. She has worked in the government welfare sector known today as ‘’ Social Security’’ as a psychiatric hospital social worker. Her work responsibilities ranged from HIV / Aids and care for the abandoned children, arranging foster homes for these children, placing them in orphanage homes, arranging adoptive parents and placing them on the social security register.

Her responsibilities in this company were to motivate and monitor performance, productivity and wellness programme (EAP) for employees; she worked closely with the HR head and team.
She has built her own beauty and fashion brands in hair and cosmetics. She was one of the directors of Cosmo Health a flourishing multi – million rand business in the medical aid, short and long term insurance. This company had a strong financial backing of Matthews Mogafe the B3 funeral services Chairman.
Finally in 2006 Milano HealthCare Solutions was born.  Kosi’s dream of distributing and supplying surgical and medical disposables, hospital equipment and devices to Hospitals, clinics & laboraties had finally come true. Milano is backed and mentored by our flourishing manufacturer, Futura Surgicare which is promoted by Mr. A.D. Setty a professional pharmacist. He has a rich experience of over 28 years in health and medical field.  Mr. K.R. Rao, a former production manager of Johnson and Johnshon Limited, India has helped Futura Surgicare to set up the surgical sutures, mesh and skin staplers manufacturing plant and enlightened the workers on the various manufacturing methods. Our staff is constantly trained and equipped with the product knowledge and marketing skills.
